Credit Card Security
We take your security very seriously so for your peace of mind all payments are processed using the highest level of security available. The page where you enter card information goes direct to the bank's secure server - this means that we never have your card information but more importantly, your details are never stored on computer and there are no paper receipts.
Shipping and Handling
Our software will automatically calculate shipping and handling charges for all orders.
Free Postage
In order to save you money we do not offer free postage. We are realistic, shipping companies do not post for free. Free postage means "we have already included it in the price". This is fair if you only order one item, however if you order several items together you would be paying the postage costs several times over. We calculate the lowest possible shipping costs based on the weight of your individual order.
Delivery
We will normally send your order to you to arrive within 2 - 3 working days within the UK. Delivery times for international orders will vary depending on location but in general EU countries - 7 working days, ROW - 10 working days.
If for any reason our carriers are unable to deliver to the address provided (ie. no one available to sign etc.) we reserve the right, at our carrier's discretion, to deliver to a neighbour.
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
VAT
We are not VAT registered.
Guarantee & Returns
You can return any item within 30 days of receipt in its original condition with all original packaging - for any reason. We will credit your card for the full value of goods returned less our postal costs as charged. All returns are to be received by us in the same condition they were sent.
Please put a note with the package, of your order number. We regret that items returned without an order number will not be processed.

For International Returns (ie. from outside of the EU) a Custom's Declaration stating that the goods are being returned, either for replacement or refund, must be included with the Shipment. We are unable to accept International Returns without this correct documentation.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that your package arrives visibly damaged, under no circumstances should you accept the delivery.
However, should damage not be apparent on delivery please notify us immediately so that we can submit a claim without delay (many carriers have very tight deadlines).
Under no circumstances should your return goods which have been damaged in transit to us before emailing us, as in most cases this will invalidate any claim we have against the carriers who caused the damage.
If an item appears satisfactory, but proves to be faulty after being used - please advise us as soon as possible in order that we can get instructions from the manufacturer on how to make a claim on the manufacturer's warranty.
